Delivery Policy

GD Kite Center (owner: Gaurav Pandurang Dhamal) delivers wholesale orders from our shop in Kondhwa Budruk, Pune, with our own delivery partners. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Where we deliver

• We deliver to shops and businesses within our service areas in and around Pune.
• When you add your address, the app checks whether it is inside a service area before you can order.

Delivery charge

• The delivery charge is worked out from the road distance between our shop and your delivery address.
• You see the exact delivery charge, and GST on it, before you place the order. It does not change afterwards.
• Where online payment is enabled, the delivery charge is paid online at checkout; otherwise it is paid in cash with the goods.

Delivery time

• We start preparing your order once we confirm it. You can follow every step live in the app — confirmed, driver assigned, out for delivery, delivered — and get WhatsApp updates.
• We aim to deliver within 1–2 working days of confirming the order. Delivery times shown in the app are estimates and can be longer in the busy kite season or for large orders.

Handover

• When your order is out for delivery, you get a 4-digit delivery code in the app.
• Check the goods first, then pay for them in cash and give the delivery partner your code. The code confirms the handover; don't share it before you have the goods.
• The delivery partner may photograph the delivered goods as proof of delivery.

Problems with a delivery

For damaged, missing or wrong items, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy — report them within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
